Your desk at Maxionlabs

Everything we cover on the call, in one place. Keep this open. If something here disagrees with what Max said on the call, tell Max and he fixes the page.

1. The job, in one line

When someone replies positively to a cold email we sent for a client, you call them within 5 minutes and turn that reply into a booked meeting that actually shows up.

tracked. Nobody counts your hours. The numbers below are the measure.

Your three weekly standards

Shift: about 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, inside 10:00 to 16:00 US Eastern. You pick the 4 hours and tell Max if you step away. Active follow-up on a lead runs to day 7 after the reply.

2. How a day works

A positive reply landsA prospect answers one of our cold emails with interest. It syncs from EmailBison into LeadHero as a lead, in that client's own workspace.
You see it in LeadHero and dialOpen the lead, read their exact reply first, then call. The power dialer rings the next lead for you, one after another.
You talk to themUse the client notes (section 4). Goal: a specific day and time, the right person, and the invite accepted while you are still on the phone.
You book it on the client's calendarUse that client's booking link while you are on the call. The booking on the client's calendar is the proof. Soldevilla works differently, see its card.
You set the status in LeadHeroCalled, voicemail, answered, disqualified, booked. Add a note in the prospect's own words and the next date.
You send the end-of-day formAbout 2 minutes. Section 5 shows exactly how it looks.
What the numbers look like. The forecast Max sent you assumes roughly 111 to 135 dials a day, because the power dialer calls automatically. The vendor's benchmark for people picking up is about 15%, and most calls are short (2 to 3 minutes). Treat this as a first-week experiment: our own numbers replace these guesses after the pilot.

3. LeadHero: what your setup looks like

LeadHero is where you work. You should not need another tool to call, track or review.

Workspaces: one per client

WorkspaceOn your desk?
Slipstream EngineeringYes. Live positives, card ready.
ViziontoolsYes
CosmoYes, once Max finishes the card
Soldevilla LandscapingYes, manual flow
HeritageNot ready yet. Do not call until Max says.
Maxionlabs, LCS CapitalNo. Not your desk.

There is an "All workspaces" view in the sidebar so you can see every client's queue in one list.

Numbers

Maxionlabs owns four New York phone numbers. You call from them. You never pay for the phone, the seat or any tool.

The statuses you will use

StatusWhen
called / voicemailLeadHero sets these when you dial. You do not need to touch them.
answeredA real person picked up.
disqualifiedThey are not a fit (the client notes tell you who) or they said no.
bookedYou put a meeting on the client's calendar.
Important: setting a lead to "booked" in LeadHero is only a label. A booking counts when it exists on the client's calendar. If you flip the label without a real booking, it does not count and it will show up as a mismatch.

4. The clients, at a glance

Short version. Before your first call on a client, Max sends you its one-page card with the script and the never-say list. Anything marked "Max confirms" is not decided yet, so ask before you dial.

5. The end-of-day form

Sent once before you stop for the day. About 2 minutes. There is no hours field: LeadHero already knows your time on the phone, your speed to lead and every call. The form asks what the data cannot know. Items 1 to 6 are your own count. The daily digest puts your number next to what LeadHero and the calendars show. A difference is just a conversation, not a penalty.

Filled in automatically from LeadHero and the calendars, so you do not type it: time on the phone, speed to lead (the real number), every call and recording, meetings that landed on a client calendar.

The form tool (Tally or similar) is not set up yet. Max sets it up and tells you the link.

6. How you are measured, and how feedback works

Early on, meeting counts are too small to mean much. In the first weeks Max looks at speed to lead, same-day attempts, logging and how the calls sound.

7. Pay and the pilot

This page is a summary. The agreement you signed is the real thing.

WhatAmount
Base$600 per month for about 20 hours a week. Does not depend on meetings or clients buying.
Advance$300 on the start date (Monday 26 Oct), part of the first month. If we continue after the pilot, the other $300 of month 1 comes on the first payday. Month 1 still totals $600.
You booked it on your own call, it was held and qualified$35
The lead booked from the email, you connected live before the meeting, held and qualified$15
Accepted record (clients billed per record)$20
Close bonus: the client closes a deal from a meeting you got credit for$50
A booking that does not fit the client's qualifying box$0

Commission is uncapped. It counts when the meeting is held, qualified on the recording, and there is a connected call of at least 60 seconds between you and that lead before the meeting, proven from the call log. A call that only reached a receptionist does not count. If a client credits a meeting back within 30 days (unqualified or no-show), that commission comes off your next payout.

Paid monthly in USDC or USDT, on the 26th each month. Maxionlabs pays only to the wallet you send by message. A change of wallet needs a live call to confirm.

The pilot: the first 2 weeks are a pilot. At the end we sit down and review everything together: the work, the money and the hours. Then we either confirm, change terms going forward in writing, or end it.
Before Monday: message Max your currency (USDC or USDT), the network and your wallet address, so the $300 advance can go out. Max sends a small test transfer first and you confirm it arrived.

8. Your first week

WhenWhat
Today (Saturday)This walkthrough. Nothing is dialed today.
Before MondayMessage your wallet details. Read the Slipstream and Cosmo cards. Listen to 5 of Max's calls (Max sends them: one that closed, one that did not, one that should never have been booked). For each call write one line: the opener, when the person softened, what won or lost it, one thing to copy, one question. Send it to Max.
Day 1 to 3Practice calls on the client card with Max. Day 3 ends with a certification call: you get a date and time out of the lead, ask who else decides, ask what could stop them making it, get the invite accepted live, set a reminder plan and write a 3-line handoff note. No price quoted.
Day 4 to 5First live calls on one client with Max listening. Day 5: 20-minute debrief. You score your best and worst call first, then Max gives his read.
Week 2Live on new replies during your shift, one client or two. Max reviews every booking and every recording within 24 hours.
Day 14The pilot review. We set the 30, 60 and 90 day targets together from what the recordings and numbers show.
Access: your Slack invite and your own LeadHero login. Max confirms both are ready before Monday.
